We collect both submitted documents and general usage data. Submitted documents are processed by our AI tools, but if users do not wish for their documents to be included in our training data they may indicate this by checking the box on ratemyNDA.com before uploading their documents. Uploaded documents that users allow to be included in the training data will be used to refine our AI tools. We also collect data about user interactions with the tool, such as the number of NDAs uploaded and features used. This data we use to refine the user experience.

NDAs and related data are encrypted during transmission and while in storage in our database with industry standard AES-256 encryption. Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel only. Unless compelled by legal process we do not disclose any user data to third parties, and all user data is stored securely on our servers.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. All changes will be accompanied by a notice sent out over email to all active users.
